Paulton started the game really well on a narrow pitch where playing a football was hard in the conditions.

They put pressure on the home with a good few chances. Then they had a break through and keeping the ball well and manage to break the dead lock from Rhys Cook.

The Taunton based side sharpened up once they went one down and they managed to get one back before the break to make it 1-1 at HT.

Paulton started the second half on top without adding to their tally and then had to deal with Old Down pressure and they had a few close chances and almost found a way through but Rovers defended well to clear there lines.

They did make it 2-1 on the hour mark as Rhys Cook one on one with the keeper managed to covert from 6 yards. Bailey Waterhouse got their third with from assist from Rhys Cook with 15 minutes to go.

However the home team got a late consolation back to make it 3-2.

Paulton await the third round draw with games to be played on 27 November.
