We welcome Wincanton Town to Winterfield Road on Tuesday night in the opening game of the Somerset Premier Cup. Rovers had a great run in the competition last season, making the final against Bath City FC. Although beaten on the night, the lads gave a great account of themselves and were always in the game until the final few minutes.

Going into this fixture, form has been somewhat up and down. Recent wins against Willand and Hamworthy were tempered by a loss at home to Bideford but a solid game on Saturday saw us come away with a point from Malvern Town in a game that saw a number of positives.

Wincanton play in the Toolstation Division One and some good results so far this season see them sat in third place behind Radstock and Portishead. Their two most recent results have seen them beat Hallen and Bitton.

Rovers welcome back Nick Hewlett to the squad. He was unavailable for Saturday's trip to Malvern.
