‘The Waders’ won a game devoid of plenty of chances and too much pretty football with little goal tthreats by either side.
Sam Ives had the first chance for the home side on 5 minutes before Scott Wilson responded shooting wide 4 minutes later.
Brandon Barnes fre kick was eaily held by Ian Brown but Bigglrswade came into the game and after 20ninutes they took the lead.
The lively Zane Banton dribbled turned and twisted before shooting across and past Kyle Phillips to make it 1-0.
Misplaced passes were Paulton undoing despite debutant Adam Flint pushing down the left with several crosses held by Brown.
With minutes remaining Josh Klein Davies blasted over after Jordan Walker neatly set him up.
Paulton dominated large period of the second half with Ash Wiliams and Mike Bryant testing Brown who was alert to parry the ball away.
Town had Cam Mawer sent off for a second yellow for fouling Scott Wilson.
Banton was a menace down the right and twice shot wide but Williams had a great effort then fed sub Elliott Gibbons who ran goalwards and hit wide with the Waders defence caught on the back foot.
Banton brought a good save fron Phillips with minutes left Gibbons had a shot blocked and Bryant was stopped by Brown.

Tuesday 7 October Rovers were home to Redditch United and this Saturday are home to Burnham K-O 3-00 p.m. Next Tuesday they are away to Chippenham Town in the Red Insure Southern League Cup First Round.
