Paulton secured their third away game on the trot at Cirencester Town in an end to end if uninspiring game.
Nick McCootie was back in Paulton colours and in action early with a blocked shot.
Cirencester had periods of pressure with Josh Parsons weaving run across the face of the Rovers penalty area before Hiden Bennett broke through and tried to lob Paulton keeper Kyle Phillips who rose to stem the danger with his safe pair of hands.
Mitchell Page got through the defence only for his shot to be well held by home stopper Glyn Garner.
On the half hour Ciren right winger Brad Hoper had wonderful run and shot narrowly wide. In response for Rovers McCootie raced through and sent a similar effort wide.
With half time approaching McCootie and Scott Wilson combind and Garner againblocked the shot.
In time added on Phillips made great save from Hooper and Parsons hit the rebound over the bar.

Paulton started a little livlier and Brandon Barnes sent a deep right to left cross to Wilson who control and in testing Garner brought another sound save from the former Bath City man.
Parsons found space on the left and low shot was easily taken by Phillips.
On 55 minute Rovers secured the only goal of the game. Barnes and Dean Evans worked a series of passes down the right flank. Barnes's cross was headed back across goal by Wilson. The home defence appear confused and the loose clearance fell to the former Cirencester captain Shayne Anson and the now Paulton right back struck the ball home from the edge of the penalty area..
Ciren had great run by Parsons twarted bringing another fine save from Phillips.
Ed Williams shot was blocked by a last ditch tackle from Rovers left back Sam Teale and then in the dying minutes Phillips pulled off a wonderful double save from Aiden Bennett.
