Rovers keep on winning

Paulton secured their third away game on the trot at Cirencester Town in an end to end if uninspiring game.

Cirencester had periods of pressure with Josh Parsons weaving run across the face of the Rovers penalty area before Hiden Bennett broke through and tried to lob Paulton keeper Kyle Phillips who rose to stem the danger with his safe pair of hands.

Mitchell Page got through the defence only for his shot to be well held by home stopper Glyn Garner.

On the half hour Ciren right winger Brad Hoper had wonderful run and shot narrowly wide. In response for Rovers McCootie raced through and sent a similar effort wide.

With half time approaching McCootie and Scott Wilson combind and Garner againblocked the shot.

In time added on Phillips made great save from Hooper and Parsons hit the rebound over the bar.
