Cirencester Town hit Rovers with an early goal when Ben Brown headed home in the 3rd minute from Aiden Bennett corner.
Paulton were loosing the all to easily and a slick visiting side were on top and subsequently added to the score after 24 minutes as full back Ellis Dunton headed unmarked to made it 2-0.
Charlie Griffin nearly made it three as he chipped over Ben John only to see the ball clip the crossbar.
In the 42 minute Paulton striker Tom Knighton broke through and was held back by a defender but the referee decided to award a corner. Taken on the left by Cameron Brown the corner was firmly headed home by Mitchell Page to reduce the defecit.
A minute before half time Aaron Brown suffered a overly aggresive tackle by Centurions winger Aiden Bennett which looked certain to see a red card. To the amazement of everyone the referee showed only a yellow card.
Brad Hoper made it 3-1 finishing off a good move and a cross from Josh Parsons.
John then made a good save from Zack Kotwica shot and the ball was cleared.
Rovers pressed without further threat and Ciren scored in the last minute when Kotwica sped passed the defence and slotted home to make it 4-1.
