Manager John Rendell made 2 changes from the team that lost to North Leigh with Kailen Gould and Joe Guest outgoing and Ball and Chandler coming into the side on cold December afternoon.
Paulton took the edge very early on with Liam Monelle having his shot saved by keeper Joe Perry. 9 minutes in Foresters player Robbie Atkinson hitting the near post. 4 minutes later Rovers took the lead with Liam Monelle's edge of the box shot ending up in the top left hand corner.
Paulton were forced into an early sub as Kyle Knott injured his leg and was replaced by Josh Cann.
Cinderford found their stride late on in the first half but couldn't hit the target.
Half Time 1-0
Cinderford came out fighting in the second half with hick's hitting just wide.
Just past the hour mark Cinderford found an equaliser with Robbie Atkinson heading past keeper Liam Armstrong.
Towards the end of the second half Paulton had 4-5 chances on goal with Josh Morgan Williams, Liam Monelle and Dale Evans all hitting straight at the keeper.
Rovers head into Tuesdays game with a point to prove.
