We are incredibly pleased to announce the signing of Krystian Woods!
Krystian had two spells with us from Weston-super-Mare last season. Firstly, early on in September and then re-joining for the final run-in. In his second spell of ten games, he scored four goals and assisted twice.
Krystian had joined Weston-super-Mare from the academy at Yeovil Town and also had a loan spell at Bridgwater Utd and gained Southern League experience on loan at Bideford.
Manager, John Rendell, spoke with us earlier in the wake of Krystian committing to the club: “I am really pleased to be able to add Krys to the group. He played a big part in the club’s promotion during the last two months of last season and has had a good start to pre-season training with Poole Town.
The fit is perfect for both parties. Krys has had many loan moves and found himself bouncing between clubs as he establishes himself at non-league levels. He can now stabilize with us, get his head down and work hard and when he does he’ll be an excellent player for us and contribute greatly to our attacking group.”
We managed to grab a brief word with Krystian during pre-season training: “Really looking forward to playing for Paulton properly this season especially with how we ended last season so well.”
Welcome back to Rovers, Krystian!
