"Long Service to Football Award
We have received a nomination from Somerset County FA for you to receive recognition and an award in respect of the long service that you have given to football.
Your long and indebted service to the wonderful game has been achieved most notably with your roles with Somerset Inn Sunday Football Team as well as roles with Paulton Rovers FC, including Treasurer and their current Chair. In the last 10 years you have been Director of The Southern Football League.
You have also served on the Council of the Somerset Football Association, during which time you acted as Project Manager during the construction of their headquarters.
No undertaking has been too small to warrant your attention, and you are valued more than you know. We, at The Football Association, would like to record our appreciation of your wonderful efforts on behalf of football and to offer our congratulations to you on your achievements.
Will you please accept the enclosed gifts with our very best wishes for the future.
Yours sincerely
