Its back to league matters on Saturday as we make the long trip to Helston in Cornwall!

Our hosts currently sit in 13th place in the Jewson Western League Premier Division and have 28 points. Last time our they suffered a 4-2 defeat at home to Buckland Athletic and prior to that, a 5-3 defeat away at Ivybridge. Their form has been somewhat inconsistent throughout the season and whilst they have been on an under par run, they are capable of upsets. Many will remember our 2-1 defeat at home back in October! Recent upheaval at Rovers was calmly settled with two good wins over Wellington and Newquay. Our last game out, on Wednesday, saw us go down to Frome in the Francis Hillier Somerset Cup although they game gave Martin Lenihan and Jack Dancey the opportunity to rest key players and bring in some of the Under 18 squad to take at look at the future of the club!

This is another important game in the run in and the race for the top spots and we'd love to see you there!

There is a coach running to Helston leaving the club at 8:00am. If you'd like to travel, please leave your name on the list at the club. Spaces are limited. The fare is £13 (£12 for members) and £6 for U18s.
