After taking a valuable point away at Portland United in the week, we return to The Winterfield Stadium on Saturday to take on in-form Westbury United.

Our guests are sitting in 5th spot in the league table on 26 points are 15 games and have hit a good run of form to take them to that position. Last time out, they defeated Willand Rovers 4-0 with ex-Rovers striker, Leighton Thomas, scoring a hattrick. Thomas was a big part of the Paulton team when John Rendell managed the team in his first stint. Also a part of their squad is Dan Restorick who was a highly regarded defender with us several seasons ago.

As mentioned, we took a good point away at Portland on Tuesday evening in a game that arguably could have tipped either way. The game saw Dylan Gould miss the game smdue to his one match suspension so he will return to the squad to boost the midfield options. Our form in recent weeks has certainly seen an upturn but we need to start converting some of our draws into wins to move up the table. This would be a great time to start doing that and we’d love to have you behind us!
